David Rattray-Wood of Fairy Hills Ice Cream, has been making delicious ice cream for the retail sector for over 35 years. He believes that great ice cream and sorbets are the result of using the finest quality ingredients available. From the meticulous roasting of the macadamia nuts to the churning of the fresh cream, David blends premium quality ingredients to create mouth-watering ice cream and sorbet flavour sensations.

Set in the leafy eastern suburb of Ivanhoe, David opened Fairy Hills Ice Cream in 2012. As well as award-winning ice creams and sorbets, Fairy Hills serve delicious crushes, smoothies, shakes, soft serve ice cream, frozen yoghurt and coffee. You can also buy take-home tubs and sensational custom made ice cream cakes, perfect to celebrate any occasion.

ICE CREAM CAKES

Ice cream cakes, made easy. Ours are built with small-batch Fairy Hills ice cream, layered by hand and kept deliberately simple. Perfect for birthdays, last-minute gatherings, or a summer BBQ.

Sizing Options: SMALL CAKE (LOG SHAPE) serves 7-10 people (maximum two flavours) $42 MEDIUM CAKE (ROUND SHAPE) serves 12-15 people (maximum three flavours) $49 LARGE CAKE (LOG SHAPE) serves 20-25 people (maximum three flavours) $63 Add three scoops or berries & chocolate + $15 (We can cater to coeliacs, vegans, and any other dietaries requirements)
